The General Manager of MTN Northern Business District, Nii Adotey Mingle says the company does not make demands from its customers when they win awards.
Speaking at a colorful mobile money event at the precincts of the Kejetia offices of MTN, Mr Mingle noted that the company does not attach strings to any prizes or awards they give out to their loyal customers or clients.
He alerted the public to be wary of fraudsters who take delight in exploiting people by using dubious ways such as the announcement of prizes to mobile phone users.
MTN, the General Manager posited rely solely on a dedicated number, 0244-300-000 to announce awards and prizes to people and customers who take part in the company’s numerous promotional ventures.
‘’We at MTN do not take delight in making demands on our customers when they win awards or prizes when they participate in our numerous promotional events and draws. This is why we only call winners with a dedicated line, 0244-300-000 and it is to ensure that winners redeem their prizes without any sweat’’, the General Manager intimated.

The General Manager mentioned the commitment of MTN to using the mobile money platform to serve its numerous customers.
The company, having realized the importance money other financial services play in the life of people is constantly working to ensure the momo platform becomes the choicest for its customers.
Nii Adotey rallied the public to consciously take part in the promotions currently ongoing on the momo platform so that they could earn legitimate money to enhance their businesses.
He firmly noted that MTN is constantly looking for avenues to enrich the lives of its customers including the introduction of quality services on all its platforms including momo.
PRIZE WINNERS:
Driving home with three i10 hyundai cars were Jones Dwomoh, Alhaji Abdullai and Hafiz Nuhu.
Others such as Rosaline Teye and Adam Abdullai took home electronic cash of GHC 2,000 cedis each.
Madam Vivian Sarfo, a businesswoman showed her delight with deafening shouts as she took home a 49 inch flat-screen television set.
Speaking to this reporter, Hafiz Nuhu, one of the Hyundai i10 car winners expressed satisfaction at his prize and commended MTN for enriching his life.
