The Director of Elections of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, has said Nana Addo won the 2016 election based on empty promises he made during the 2016 electioneering campaign.
According to him, the electorates decided to vote Nana Addo into power because he made hefty promises to deceive Ghanaians.
He noted that, in order to win the people’s heart President Nana Addo came out with fake promises to convince people to vote for him.
Speaking on Accra based Kingdom FM 107.7 hesaid,” Ghanaians have now realized the mistake they did by voting Nana Addo and the NPP into power, adding that Nana Addo and his party has disappointed Ghanaians massively and has totally failed on all their campaign promises.”
‘’Electorate eyes have opened to the extent that they will not vote for NPP coming December 7, and will vote NDC into power because Ghanaians have come to the realization of the good work of the NDC during their era in power’’ he said.
He explained that the next NDC administration will pass an Employment Act to provide a comprehensive framework for job creation and labour market statistics.
‘’We are committed to serve the nation with better development if we are voted into power coming December 7’’ he noted.
