PRESS RELEASE.
THURSDAY THURSDAY 16TH APRIL 2020
INTRODUCE MANDATORY WEARING OF MASK IN GHANA.., CROSSFIRE GHANA.

……………………………………..
CROSSFIRE GHANA a civil Society organization has called on the government to introduce with immediate effect the mandatory wearing of Nose mask in Ghana, this according to the organization Will help curb the spread of the virus. Guinea has ordered the wearing of Nose mask by everyone in the country starting this Saturday, they have recorded 500 cases, we have more than that, if we as a nation want to fight the pandemic well we should be able to put certain mandatory but easy to comply measures to curb it.
We are all aware that the partial lockdown is not being strictly adhered to, we expected that because of precarious economic conditions, a total lockdown we believe will be difficult to be adhered to but to encourage people to wear nose mask and putting in place measures to provide more cheaper Nose masks, and punishing people who step out nationwide without Nose masks will go a long way to fight and curb the spread of this airborne pandemic.
Crossfire Ghana wishes to commend all individuals and civil Society organizations who are supporting in the fight against the covid19.
We can’t leave out the media and security personnel who are in the fore front in the fight.
….. Signed….
Nana Osei Tutu
