NANA KAY JABS NDC FOR BLAMING AKUFO-ADDO FOR EXAMS RIOTS

Communication team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party, Nana Kwadwo Agyei Yeboah (Nana Kay) has lambasted the National Democratic Congress(NDC) for blaming President Akufo-Addo for the recent riots in the ongoing West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).

According to him, the comments from the NDC are reckless and absurd.

He stressed that, the false stories hovering around the free SHS are deliberate makings of members of the NDC to make the policy unpopular.

” I praise President Akufo-Addo for his boldness to introduce Free SHS unlike former President Mahama. All what they are doing is propaganda, pass questions is not ‘APOR’ is supposed to guide the students on how to answer questions so I don’t  understand why they are doing politics with this,” Nana Kwadwo Agyei Yeboah (Nana Kay) told ‘Kwaku Owusu Adjei on ‘Pae Mu Ka’ on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7

Nana Kay said the poverty-inducing headache of paying school fees has been alleviated by the Free Senior High School (FSHS) programme, while the regular supply and subsidisation of fertilisers has made farming, the main occupation of his people, easier and less expensive.

The policy was subsequently rolled out two years ago, with the first batch of students enrolling in September 2017.
