Let’s Follow The Directives Of Governing Authorities- …

The chairman of the church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye has called on his church members to follow the directives announced by the President of Ghana, Nana Akuffo-Addo as the Executive Council of the church directs full compliance with the given directives.

He said the Executive Council hereby informs the church public that all church services include retreats, revivals, conferences, funerals and weddings be suspended for the next four (4) weeks.

Apostle Nyamekye said due to the fast rate of infection of the Coronavirus in many nations of the world, especially, in those considered ‘high risk’ zones, and considering that many of the church’s delegates would be coming from over 100 nations, the 2020 Council meetings have been rescheduled as well.

He added that, in order to sustain church life through prayer, fellowship and the dissemination of information relative to the pandemic during the interim period, the Executive Council further gives recommendations for the church to follow.

Apostle Nyamekye noted that, in the next four weeks, every Friday shall be dedicated to fasting and praying for the nation and the world against this pandemic at the individual level.
