 Akufo-Addo Should Declare A Day For Prayers To Stop Coronavirus In Ghana-Prophet Obiri Yeboah

Head Pastor for Emmanuel worship center, Prophet Emmanuel Obiri Yeboah, is calling on President Akufo-Addo to declare a one day fasting for all Ghanaians to ask God to heal the land of the deadly Corona Virus which has plagued several countries worldwide.

According to him, serious prayer interventions from all Ghanaians nationwide can stop the spread of Coronavirus nationwide.

“I’m pleading with President Akufo-Addo to declare one-day nationwide fasting and prayers at the Jubilee park nationwide and I believe the coronavirus will not come to Ghana and will not spread again since the CODVID-19 does not discriminate in any way…we must all put our shoulder together to prevent its speed,” Prophet Emmanuel Obiri Yeboah told Kwame Tutu on ‘Anopa Nkomo’ on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7

“The Coronavirus is an imminent danger. It’s a danger against humanity, it’s a conspiracy against the human race, it is evil; that’s why we will not put our trust in the arm of flesh, that’s why we should pray to God to stop it, ’he added.

The virus infects the lungs and symptoms. It starts with a fever and cough. It can progress to shortness of breath and breathing difficulties.

Meanwhile, Ghana has recorded four more new cases of the novel coronavirus bringing the total number of co Two of the individuals returned to the country from the United States last week, the director of public health at the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Dr. Badu Sarkodie stated at a press briefing in Accra last Sunday confirmed cases in the country to six.

He said all the patients were in stable condition and did not show symptoms at arrival at the ports.

Over 200 contacts have been traced in all the cases and are doing self-quarantine.
