The Kwabenya Traditional Council in the Greater Accra region has waded into the recent murder case at Kasoa which involves two teenagers who allegedly killed a 10-year-old Ishmael Mensah.
Speaking in an interview with Okogyeabour Ocran on ‘Medo Ghana‘ on Accra based Kingdom FM, the Mantse of Kwabenya -Musuku, Nii Mensah Dza Nyumor I argued that, the suspects must to sentence to death to deter others who plan to commit such crime.

Nii Mensah Dza Nyumor who double as the Public Relation Officer of the Council further argued that, the government should take an immediate action to punish the teenagers and desist from defending them as being minors.
Speaking on the same platform, Nii Mensah Dza Nyumor also descended heavily on the National Communications Authority (NCA) for failure to discharge their State mandated duty as the regulatory body as enshrined in the NCA Act 2008.

Ishmael Mensah, 11, was murdered last Saturday, after Nicholas Kini, 18, and Felix Nyarko, 16, had allegedly lured him into an uncompleted building at Coca-Cola, near Lamptey Mills, a suburb of Kasoa.
The two suspects were remanded into police custody by the Kasoa Circuit Court last Tuesday to reappear on April 20, 2021.
