The General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu has reiterated that his outfit will be launching a new membership card for the party to register its members electronically and everywhere they are in the world.
He further stressed that, the move by the party is to consolidate and increase its membership base in order to boost its chances of maintaining power as they go to the polls in 2024.
“The supporters and members of the party can now register manually through their constituency office vendors across the country or self-register through the party’s official website (www.nppcenter.org). We will start registration of new members starting from middle of March,2020 and the cost is ghc10,’’ John Boadu exclusively told Kwaku Owusu Adjei on ‘Pae Mu Ka’ on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7
John Boadu applauded this new initiative by the party and maintained that this new membership card which has superior technology is the best in the sub-region if not the whole of Africa.
He noted that manual forms have been sent to almost all the constituencies across the country to begin the registration process.
He emphasized that “in due course, Paymanex Solution will roll out thousands of outlets to get our supporters and members to register and become card bearing members of the party at the grassroots level since all politics are local”.
