NDC SUSPENDING MEMBERS IS TO INSTIL DISCIPLINE – AKO G …
The opposition National Democratic Congress Deputy National Communications Officer, Godwin Ako Gunn has said his outfit suspending members is to ensure discipline.
He further appealed to all NDC members to stop using politics to undermine discipline.
According to him, the party took action against Allotey and Atubiga for misconduct and anti-party behavior because it wants to maintain discipline in NDC.
He noted that it is true that Political party is about numbers but “we still need to instill discipline in the party,” Godwin Ako Gunn exclusively told Kwaku Dawuro on ‘Anopa Nkomo’ on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7
“Even in opposition we are still fighting each other, it is not good for the party. No matter what, we should come together and ensure we win 2024 election that is why must always ensure discipline in the club,’’
Godwin Ako Gunn was worried about some undisciplined people in the NDC who think they have seen it all.
The Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has suspended a member of the party’s communication team, Stephen Atubiga.
The decision comes less than 24 hours after the party fired its Central Regional Chairman, Bernard Allotey Jacobs.
