The Founder and Leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG) Percival Kofi Akpaloo, has revealed his intentions to build the largest Cocoa Processing Factory in Ghana in order to create 2000 jobs for Ghanaians should he be voted as that next President of Ghana in the December elections.
This, he said, is part of plans to industrialize and transform the Ghanaian economy.
Speaking to Kingdom FM’s Reynolds Agyemang on ‘Pae Mu Ka’ about his plans for Ghana’s development in a future Kofi Akpaloo’s government, he said, “Kofi Akpaloo will set a 10billion dollar job factory for University and Polytechnic graduates. And also give out capitals to persons who want to start their own businesses”.
“I will also create one million new entrepreneurs. I will turn Ghana around like something if I become the next president and also ensure that every Ghanaian young man gets a correct future,” he added.
According to him, this measures will see Ghana as self-sufficient in food production and even become an exporter of food to other countries.
“I will build the largest and the finest cocoa processing factory to create 2000 jobs and also ensure that best and the finest chocolate are being processed, bought and exported from this country”, he reiterated.
LPG’s flagbearer believes that these developmental establishments will serve as a key driver for the eradication high unemployment rates among Ghanaian youths.
Speaking on the same platforms, Kofi Akpaloo however, rubbished claims and reports purporting that he hates the NDC and their flagbearer John Dramani Mahama.
He said, “We just want Ghanaians to know that the NDC is not an alternative but rather the LPG because the NDC are visionless”
However, Percival Kofi Akpaloo, further predicted a massive victory for the LPG in the 2020 general elections.
