Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority Sylvester Tetteh , has said youth in the country are grateful to President Akufo-Addo, for so many social interventions to the development of the country.
He expressed his gratitude to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for showing that his commitment towards the development of empowering the youth goes beyond political rhetoric or gimmick and pledged its continued support to the President in this respect.
“For our part as Ghanaians, we must be grateful to President Akufo-Addo for living up to his promise of Free Secondary Education and other youth interventions. Today every single child in every public high school in Ghana has free education. And, not only that, nearly 800,000 of them are boarders, who also enjoy free education,’’ Sylvester Tetteh told Okatakyire Obeng Mensah on ‘Anopa Nkomo’ On Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7
He said that, ‘’Ghanaians must be grateful to President Akufo-Addo for the introduction of several youth policies under the National Youth Authority in the country.’’
According to Sylvester Tetteh , the Policy intervention by the President is a demonstration of his commitment to providing equal opportunity to all Ghanaian youth to create employment opportunities.
