Sack Non-Committed Players From Black Stars – Coach Sarpong

Former Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak Head Coach, J.E Sarpong has said Black Stars Head Coach  James Kwesi Appiah should sack players who are not serious from the Black Stars.

The Former Liberty Professionals gaffer believes Ghana has a lot of players worldwide and is time the Black Stars coach needed to be bold to ignore players who are uncommitted to feature for the national team.

“From what happened in Egypt, whether the rumors are  true or not , the Coach knows what happened there so he needs to be bold and put his feet down and kick those players out,”J.E Sarpong exclusively told Gideon Okyere Anim,’Gattuso on Kingdom FM 107.7.

He urged Coach Kwesi Appiah to cast his net  wide and invite players who are committed to Play for the Black Stars.

He said certain players have disappointed the Coach during the AFCON 2019 and therefore such players should be sacked and new ones filled in.

The Black Stars were crushed out in the round of 16 of the 2019 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON).The Black Stars have  gone years without winning the AFCON Trophy.
